Our client was the principal of a Junior High School.  He was accused by a woman he worked with of sexual assault.  After that allegation hit the media, a second woman came forward to allege she was also sexually assaulted.

The first complainant provided police with doctored text messages in support of her allegation.  We carefully reconstructed the messages and showed the prosecutor what the police had missed: that the complainant had deleted messages proving the encounters had been entirely consensual.  The prosecutor withdrew all charges.

The allegation from the second complainant went to trial.  We presented evidence she had engaged in witness tampering and had broken into a witness’s trailer to steal evidence she did not want the police to discover.  The jury found our client not guilty after trial.
